The Panthers are known for their success and managed to win their first home game in Charlotte in 1996. American football teams, the Panthers, led by owner Jerry Richardson and head coach Ron Rivera, have not only won their home games but also participated in the Super Bowl in their first year of existence. Known as "Jerry Richardson," the North Charlotte native is set to announce the start of his first season as owner of Charlotte's first NFL team.
In 1995, the Charlotte North Carolina Panthers' first home game in Charlotte was a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in front of more than 2,000 fans at Charlotte Memorial Stadium.
The team's name was announced in 1993, but at that time the team had not yet decided on the design of their uniforms. After intensive discussion, a certain colour was determined in white, black, blue or coloured, namely the jerseys or trousers. The following map is from the Charlotte Chiropractor, where the Panthers played their first home game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1995 at Charlotte Memorial Stadium.
