I had been to another salon 4X trying to give them a chance to make good on their promises of helping me achieve what I wanted. I went from orange to gray and then back to orange.Finally I went looking for a salon that could fix my mess and over processed hair. I called and the owner answered the phone and was the most helpful and courteous person talking to me for about 20 min. She made me an appointment with Beth and she was great. My hair now looks like it should have the first time I ever went for this going from dark to blonde. After the experience at the other salon it was so refreshing to be at hcx carmel. I am looking forward to a long relationship.

Andre is awesome. I have very thick, curly hair. Andre always gives me a perfect haircut. I am pretty bad about getting my hair cut, and even if I wait 6+ moths between cuts, my hair holds its shape because of the excellent haircuts that ANdre provides.

The only person who has ever cut my hair just how i like it is Liz. I get so many compliments on my hair. She is a sweetheart and very helpful. She is honest about what she thinks will look the best and does the best to make you happy. Over all the salon is very clean (which means a lot to me) and everyone there is extreamly nice. Great prices too!!!!!!
